Submit a request for returns, exchanges and custom orders

Did you see an item that is out of stock that you want to purchase? Since most of our items are made by hand one at a time, we often only make one of each item. Often we can make the same one again or one with a similar feel. You can send a request for the item you want by including the product number in your request. 

If your product arrived and it was damaged or not what you were expecting and you would like to return it, please submit a request below. Please include your order # with your return request. 

Since all of our items are made by hand one at a time, we often don't duplicate items. There's always another one ready to make in the artist mind. If you have a set of double doors and want two matching wreaths we can custom make one to match a product you like.  Or we can custom tailor one with you with a style and color scheme you like. You can submit a picture of your doorway for our artist to offer free design advice.

If your item arrived and isn't what you expected and you would like to exchange it please submit a request below. You can exchange your item for one of the same cost. Start an exchange by submitting a request below. Please include your order number.
